A photoshoot with my babes- Sugar Mill Gardens Port Orange, FL

 I woke up this morning and just felt like taking some pictures. Honestly, I haven't had the urge to do it in a while. I think it's because there is just so so much to take care of before the move. At least I hope that's what it is. We have the Sugar Mill Gardens about 5 minutes from our house and it is so stunning! Like, had I know about this place way back in 2003, I would have gotten married here. { we will try to renew our vows here though!!} Got the kids all ready and bribed them that if they "listened" and took good pics for me that we would go to BK for lunch and play in the play thing. That was all I had to say! I think I got some wonderful shots for the bribery!

 I am just completely in LOVE with this one of Hailey! I just love her sweet little face and those blue blue eyes and the pop of pink next to her in the plant!

 She wanted to wear my sunglasses. I normally always wear my shades outside because I have sensitive eyes. Anyways, I just did not need to wear them today! They were a nuisance so I took them off and as soon as I did Ms. Hailey snatched them up and FAST!

 Yes, she's a D-I-V-A!!!

 My husband LOVES this picture of Zach and Hailey. He said he loves how much Hailey loves her brother. I love how they BOTH love each other so so much!! They have had a bond since she was in my belly.

 I think Mikey is warming up to the thought of taking photos! LOL. Normally I cannot get a good one of him or he runs away. Yay for him getting un-camera shy!

 My model baby! She is so effortless and natural iin front of the camera and I love it!

 The kids had fun and of course, I did too! Hope everyone has a fun Memorial Day weekend and please, let's remember that Memorial Day is not just about Summer and having fun, but it's about remembering our fallen Hero's.

Maui is my mom's cat. But we have now claimed her as ours! {sorry ma!}  My mom thinks she was abused. She is very skittish. She has made huge strides since she's been with us.

She avoided Michael like the plague forever.  But look now! She jumped up on his lap on her own!!!!! She's not a chicken cat {too much} anymore! Michael is soooo happy. He's been trying to earn her trust the whole 9 months we've been here! Yay!

A Saucy Girl and The Tree!

OMG you guys! Okay, so here's how it went. We had just eaten lunch and I get the Hailey girl all ready to go and do some errands. I turn around for one second to throw something away and this

is what I see when I turn back around! Yup, of course! Look at this mess! and to top it all off, this was a brand new, never been worn before shirt. Arrrrgh!

soooo, we change her and this is what she looked like after the mess! She loves her new princess cups!


This is one of my favorite ornaments we have on our tree! My mama bought him a few years back for our tree! Isn't he cute?!?!

I love sitting down on the couch after the kids are in bed ( and the hub is playing video games in the bedroom) and just have quiet time with my tree! LOL!

Thanksgiving Wrap Up 2010

This Thanksgiving was a lot like last years....hubby wasn't here. This time, it wasn't te Army keeping him away. His family in Ga had a family reunion with family from all over, so thats where he was. We were thinking his leave wasnt going to get approved, so I made plans here, but at the very last second, it did get approved, and I wasn't going to back out of my commitments. So off he went. But we did end up having a white turkey day! Just a bit of a dusting, but white none the less!




My Z-bee made this for me in his kindergarten class! One of the greatest things about being a mom to school age kids is all the super sweet things you get made for you! ;) Isn't this just precious!?!


This is what I woke up to yesterday morning.....a Spiderman with a mix of catwoman I think LOL!


Now onto the FOOOOD!!! This is Thomas. He was yummy! I cooked him with a garlic pepper and basil combo and man....he turned out scrumptious!


The crew at the table enjoying their meal. Hailey's screaming because she hates being in this chair. ( she tipped herself straight backwards, not once but twice.) I thought it'd be nice to all sit together for turkey dinner, but noooooooooooooooo..... she went and sat at the daycare table..in a mini chair! LOL. Its okay because she scarfed down dinner! my boys...well, this reflects them perfectly!!!

I cannot wait to bust out the Christmas decorations and get my treeeee! But we will wait till the love gets back to do that! :)
