Im Almost At My Goal!!

I write to you all this morning verrry happy!! I got on my new best friend the scale this morning. It read 163.8!!! Just yesterday I clocked in at 164.8.....that's a whole pound down in a day!!! Wow! 3.2 lbs away from my original goal. Now that the end of my original goal is approaching, I see that I can still lose more...so once i hit my goal of 160 I will re-evulate and see what my new number should be.This running is really paying off. Now I know your probably thinking,shes not eating anything if she lost a pound in a day! But I am and here's the proof. That's right. I'm sharing with all of you my food journal from the past few days. I normally try to stay around 1600-1700 cal a day but sometimes I go as high as 2200. It depends on the day, although the 2200 days are few and far between. Anyways..........here they are.Keep in mind I was a very busy bee the last few days and that's why the calories are low.

Yesterday, I didn't right now the total calories for the day. I added them up and it came out to 2163....just thought Id share that.

I am stumped on what to eat for lunch lately that healthy and around 300 calories or so. I do salad with grilled chicken sometimes but after 2 days of salad for lunch, I want more.(even though its very filling)

Anyone have any healthy lunch recipes(or recipes in general) that they would like to share? Id be most appreciative and will give your recipe(and blog) credit ON mine......LOL!~ :)

Anyways, I'm going to go clean up and do a short run. Talk to you all later! ;)

YAY! I love when the scale makes me happy:p However, I'm gaining weight...lol...I've gained about 1.5 pounds since a week ago but I'm not worried because I am seeing muscle definition and my clothes are still fitting good so this has got to be a good thing...Its just hard switching your mind set from thinking that the scale going up is a bad thing to a good thing...Very trippy! Way to go and keep it up!

thanks sooo much. It is wayy hadr to see the numbers going up and know its a good thing..muscle is heavier then fat and since your gaining muscle thats why the scale is up. you keep up the good work too!! woooo!!!

Wow! You are doing so great! You need at least 2,000 calories, though, girl!!! Raise the bar, it's not enough!

Good for you! Right on! :) I always want to keep my weight down, but I really have a hard time watching what I eat! Maybe I should try the journal... Hmm.
