Healthy Homemade Banana Muffins

***because I'm the type of girl that cannot eat a banana as is. It always has to be in something. Always!!******* :)


1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 t. baking powder
1/2t. salt
1/2 t. cinnamon
2 egg whites
2 large ripe bananas-mashed
2/3 c. skim milk
1/3 c.plain vanilla lowfat yogurt

Preheat oven to 400*. Spray muffin tin with PAM. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine egg whites,bananas, milk and yogurt in seperate bowl. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Blend till well mixed.Pour into tins and bake 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.

Serves 12
Calories per muffins= 130
