Whats so Intresting about this???

You are probably wondering why I have a picture of my bologna sandwich up here. Well, I'm about to tell you.

I was sitting here wondering what I was going to make for lunch when i remembered we got lunch meat like 2 days ago. woohoo!! I pulled everything out onto the counter:

-bologna

-cheese

-mustard

-tomato

-lettuce

-salt and pepper

Wait!!!!!!! Where was the bread??? On top of the fridge? NO. By the microwave?? NO. Where the heck was the bread? I'm starving by this point.lol.

You see, I usually keep the bread on top of the fridge, but had forgotten I used it all the day before. For a second I had a mini panic attack. I just got my mind set on CRAVING a sandwich and I was going to be more the mad if I didn't get it! Luckily, I checked the freezer and volia! There was another loaf. (I keep one loaf out and freeze the rest so it doesn't get moldy from sitting out while I use the first loaf)

At this point I'm about to make a sandwich on frozen bread till I realize DUH why don't I toast it to thaw it??? Let me tell you----its the most AMAZING SANDWICH I HAVE EVER TASTED!!! I don't know why I've never tried it before.

Make no mistake, I will not be eating sandwiches on plain,SOFT white bread anymore...its toasted all the way!(and yes, that was the purpose of this whole blog) LOL!!!
